Johnson Tractor SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Johnson Tractor. By opting in to receive text messages from Johnson Tractor, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Johnson Tractor may use SMS or MMS text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding:
- Equipment, parts, service, rental, precision farming, and financing inquiries
- Quotes, orders, purchases, deliveries, and account-related communications
- Service appointments, repair updates, scheduling, and reminders
- Customer support and responses to questions
- Follow-up regarding website forms, dealership inquiries, trade-in requests, or sales leads
- Events, clinics, dealership news, promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications
- Customer feedback and review requests
The messages you receive will depend on your relationship with Johnson Tractor and the type of communications you agreed to receive.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Johnson Tractor to send text messages to the number provided.
Your consent may include texts sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, or prerecorded or artificial voice technology, when applicable.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Johnson Tractor.
You represent that:

Johnson Tractor does not guarantee that a specific number of messages will be sent during any particular period.

Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other charges may apply to messages sent or received through the Johnson Tractor text messaging program. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your mobile plan.
Johnson Tractor is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
7. How to Opt Out
You may revoke your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a Johnson Tractor text message.
Johnson Tractor will also honor other clear and reasonable requests indicating that you no longer wish to receive text messages.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive additional messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently provide new consent.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent Johnson Tractor from contacting you through other legally permitted methods, including telephone, email, or postal mail.

9. Supported Carriers and Message Delivery

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider. Johnson Tractor is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10. Privacy
Johnson Tractor’s collection and use of information associated with its text messaging program is governed by the Johnson Tractor SMS Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers that help Johnson Tractor operate its messaging program. These providers may use the information only to provide services on behalf of Johnson Tractor.
11. Protecting Sensitive Information
Do not send Social Security numbers, payment card information, bank-account information, passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive information by text message.
Johnson Tractor may direct you to a more secure communication or payment method when sensitive information is required.
